Welcome to Straight from a Movie – The Best Movie Review Site you will ever find.

Do you really care about someone else’s opinion about something? If the answer is no, you are better off not knowing what my opinions stand for a movie. Then again you wouldn’t be here if you didn’t care.

If you value opinions of others, well congratulations you are already more humane than a whole bunch of people out there who think opinions are elite’s prerogative, or even worse, just theirs to retain.

All this talk on opinions reminds me of a dialogue by Harry Callahan from The Dead Pool:

Opinions are like assholes. Everybody has one.

This takes us to the most important question now:

Do you care about what I think of a movie? Do you care about my words? You don’t know me. Why should you? Right? Well to that I am going to say, friends were strangers once. I say you read me, try me once. You will know, what I know, and you will see what I see.

Be patient to listen to what I have to say, and why I think what I think. I will try to return the favor as far as it is humanly possible. I will listen to you just the same with mad rapt attention.

Remember. I value you. I think of empathy as my superpower and I can understand. That’s what matters, that’s what should.
