Avengers: Age of Ultron is yet another good Marvel movie where adrenaline is on dope. Started out with the first one, on a high amped note and it simply pervades throughout. Avengers: Age of Ultron literally breathes on Kabooms and Kapows. The action is sheer beauty! So exquisite you have to go back in time to watch minute movements, or….or go watch it again (no need to thank) to relive the eternal divine thrashing.
Catchphrases are snappy and witty just the way Marvel likes it. Editing is superb considering the incessant violent upbeat theme of the movie. Drama bits are framed quite great. Nat and Bruce’s chemistry brilliantly shot!
Ultron is downright ravishing. Spader’s voice gives the character a brilliant gravity. He sways in pizzazz with a unique confidence that he bears throughout the flick. There are destructive fight sequences in the movie that would make you jump off your seat. There is music in the rubbles and that is such a big turn on!
SPOILERS AHEAD:
Sceptre has seen places. Long lost from Loki’s palms, we had seen it being captured by S.H.I.E.L.D in the prequel. The movie begins with Avengers fighting to take back the mysterious weapon from the hands of Hydra. As the frames begin, we are subjected to orgasmic takedowns and swift kills as the assembled combatants show a visually breathtaking pleasing sight of non-stop action. It is then when characters like Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver come into picture. Stark’s horrifying perception of the world with Avengers’ dead bodies piled up in failure, as shown to him by Wanda forces his change of heart, and he proceeds with his Ultron plan that goes kaput. In comes the badass villain as a party pooper with a tasteful yet melting voice that reeks of perversion. The adventure begins thereon and we feast our eyes to a mind numbing plot that Ultron bringeth.
Andy Serkis gives a phenomenal cameo as Klaw. His introduction to the storyline was subtle with clawed imprints on his neck (wink intended). When are we having a Black Panther movie?
The Introduction of Vision to the Marvel tale is entrancing too. The way he catches hold of himself to see his reflection and contemplates about beauty is marvelously captured. Bettany imparts Vision a profound charm and makes you love the character almost instantly.
One of the most top-notch badass scenes from the movie is when Hulk goes rogue, and Iron Man has to call Veronica to shut him down. The action sequence that follows is an eye-popping visual feast. Two of the most daring action blows are delivered by Cap and Iron Man when they get their shots on Ultron at two different places. Both make the most of it! It is a delight to watch Cap, a mere mortal, without a suit, go head on with the big badass Ultron. Cap and Thor’s teaming up, the Vibranium wonder and Mjolnir’s punch, hands down out of the world. We see a lot of Hawkeye this time. The underrated hero breathes the screen with a thoughtful charisma and hatches a surprise for everybody.
With Marvel’s roots deep in comics, we are aware that the dark bits aren’t supposed to be bluntly manifested. Gore is never properly shown. Nobody in the background of the tale actually dies. With that spirit in mind, Marvel continues to open its doors for all. To show every crucial character in a limited time is a daunting task. That is what happens here as we witness a stuffed up window with every superheroes’ face on it. Forget these downsides and the movie is nothing but a constant rhythm of adrenaline war.
